It is known for delivering endpoint protection and network protection and has a security awareness training platform built for managed service providers and small businesses.
The client is ISO 27001:2013 certified, is passionate about solving the current, most complex cybersecurity threats, and is continuously anticipating how to expand the value of threat identification, prediction, and remediation capabilities to the connected world.
Business Challenges
The client had three flagship products: Endpoint Security, Network Security, and the Web Security Awareness Training Platform (WSAT). It intended to create a training program to help learners/users enable the direct relationship between its three flagship products.
And to do this, they needed to integrate everything into a single WSAT admin panel. The client was furthermore dealing with the following challenges:
- The three flagship products had different types of users; integrating them into one was challenging.
- They couldn’t run campaigns to make people more aware of web security more often.
- They lacked resources that would help raise product awareness in the market.
- The likelihood of malware risks increased, yet there was no signal of the risk occurrence.
