With a target to onboard 100 new employees, the Talent Development team faced the challenge of designing an onboarding program to accelerate job readiness. To meet this objective, they decided to revamp their existing onboarding program.
After transitioning to a remote-first model and scaling operations, the organization recognized the necessity to revamp its onboarding program to align with the evolving needs of new hires.
By redesigning the new hire onboarding program, they aimed to achieve three primary objectives:
Infopro Learning overhauled its onboarding program to reduce time to proficiency for new hires. The redesigned program focused on the first 7 days and frequent check-ins throughout the first year.
