A leading North American auto club serving over 14 million members had recently updated its insurance products to broaden its market presence. This recent change created a need for learner-centric training to educate their sales teams on the new products. In a strategic move, they partnered with Infopro Learning to revamp their former training program and transform it into a highly interactive, gamified learning experience.
After adding new insurance products to its offerings, this organization needed to train its sales teams to ensure they had the information they needed to deliver quality customer service. Infopro Learning redesigned its employee training program and turned it into a highly interactive learning experience to achieve the following goals.
Infopro Learning worked closely with the organization's internal teams to create several interactive learning modules and 19 gamified learning assessments to help the sales team learn about the new products.
