The challenges confronting the client include:

  • Siloed Culture: Hindering the development of a unified “One Enterprise” mindset.

Infopro Learning emerged as the ideal consulting partner, offering a comprehensive suite of leadership development solutions and the capability to craft custom hybrid programs perfectly aligned with the client’s unique needs for emerging leaders, mid-career leaders, and senior executives.

The transformation journey comprises three pivotal phases:

  • Stakeholder Interviews / Research: The intent of this phase is two-fold: first, to gain a deep understanding of the unique leadership dynamics within the organization, as well as opportunities and challenges related to leadership development. Secondly, to gain credibility and gain the buy-in of key stakeholders. Infopro Learning conducted over 50 stakeholder interviews for this client throughout the organization.
  • High-Level Program: Focus & Structure: Infopro Learning will work with the client to develop an overarching strategy/framework for leadership development that addresses all of the major themes identified during the research phase. The strategy will be targeted to fit the leadership capability development needs of the organization, plus have enough executional detail to ensure it is a viable solution. Course-level topics and focus areas will be called out.
  • Course-level Content: Curation & Creation: Course development was planned as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible while staying true to the capability-building intent of each program. As much as possible, existing internal (client) content will be leveraged along with external off-the-shelf content. Hybrid customization will be employed to create client-targeted programs quickly and cost-effectively.

The culmination of this collaborative effort will result in a bespoke leadership program designed to benefit leaders at all organizational levels. This “flagship” enterprise-wide program aims at achieving the following objectives:

  • Building cross-silo awareness, knowledge and connections.
  • Enhancing financial acumen and knowledge of the end-to-end business model.
  • Building a culture of trust, accountability and “One Enterprise.”
  • Driving authentic communication.
  • Developing resilience to navigate change and synergy/collaboration.

Development of this “flagship” program was accelerated by Leveraging Infopro Learning’s core program called “Building a Team Culture of Trust and Accountability,” plus other relevant off-the-shelf content to reduce development time/cost. 

In addition to the “flagship” program for all leaders, the client published a 2-year leadership development open enrollment calendar featuring more than 50 distinct courses from Infopro Learning’s leadership library, including personal leadership branding, time management, coaching, communication, emotional intelligence, and more.
